5、heGovernment Gazette which are edited and published by the Second HistoricalArchives of China, and refer to relevant papers and writings, as follows:The first part is the summary of the Government Gazette.The first secti

6、on is thebirth of the Government Gazette. By the historical date, it shows the evolution processof newspaper, from the Capital Gazette and the official newspaper to the GovernmentGazette during the Northern Warlords Peri

7、od, since the first official newspaperappeared in the Tang Dynasty. The second section is about the development of theGovernment Gazette.It explains the development of the Gazette at all stages of theNorthern Warlords Pe
