26、要性質(zhì)進(jìn)行分類，按照《城市用地分類與規(guī)劃建設(shè)用地標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（GBJ13790）執(zhí)行。2.1.2與城市用地相連的各級(jí)風(fēng)景區(qū)、各類旅游度假區(qū)，其向公共開放，并有一定游憩設(shè)施的用地（包括用地范圍內(nèi)水域），可以計(jì)入公共綠地，其余概不作為城市建設(shè)用地。2.2建設(shè)用地的適建性規(guī)定2.2.1各類建設(shè)用地的劃分和使用性質(zhì)應(yīng)遵循土地使用相容性的原則，符合經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的詳細(xì)規(guī)劃的規(guī)定。2.2.2尚無(wú)經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的詳細(xì)規(guī)劃的建設(shè)用地，應(yīng)由城市規(guī)劃行政主管部門根據(jù)分區(qū)規(guī)劃或總
