1、保密協(xié)議書NonDisclosureSecurityAgreement為加入歐華并成為歐華員工的一份子，本人鄭重承諾：InexchangefbeingemployedbyAwotGlobalCpation(hereinaftercalled“Awot.”)itssubsidiariesaffiliatessuccesssIagreethat:1.行為總則：GeneralConduct在歐華服務(wù)期間，我將忠于職守，完全遵守公司各種規(guī)章制度

2、，并隨時承擔(dān)相應(yīng)之責(zé)任。WhilewkingfAwotIwillperfmmyassigneddutiescomplywithfollowallAwotpoliciesproceduresguidelinesrulesinstructionasamendedfromtimetotime.2.保密信息：ConfidentialInfmation:無論在歐華任職期間還是在離職之后，我將嚴(yán)格保守歐華一切產(chǎn)權(quán)機密和商業(yè)機密。（除非為了公司利益并

8、agreementbetweenAwotthethirdpartiesregardingsuchthirdpartyconfidentialinfmation.3.知識產(chǎn)權(quán)IntellectualProperty:受雇期間，我承諾在法律允許的范圍內(nèi)，無償授讓本人所創(chuàng)造和具有的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)諸如專利，商業(yè)秘密，版權(quán)，商標(biāo)，設(shè)計，程式，工藝，技藝和其他知識產(chǎn)權(quán)，同時公司對下列所涉及的知識成果享有當(dāng)然之產(chǎn)權(quán)。其中包括：A，有關(guān)公司過去，現(xiàn)在和可預(yù)見

14、nicslursracialepithets.絕不散發(fā)可能產(chǎn)生消極影響的事關(guān)個人，商務(wù)，宗教，政治的信息。?NottoreleasepersonalCommercialReligiousMessagessuchasusefthepurposeofsolicitationfcommercialreligiouspoliticalpersonalanyothernonwkrelatedactivity.決不充當(dāng)電腦黑客。使用任何未經(jīng)授權(quán)使用

15、的電腦程式將違反美國聯(lián)邦法律或其他國家法律。?NottobeComputerHackers.AnyunauthizedusebyemployeesofcompanycomputerswhichviolatesstatefederallawofU.S.A.othercountries.不得通過公司電郵系統(tǒng)泄露公司知識產(chǎn)權(quán)。?NottodiscloseCompany’sintellectualpropertythroughEMail.不得在
