9、yAshallcarryouttherepairwithinday(s)afterreceivingthenotification.IncaseofdelayofrepairPartyBmaymaketherepairinplaceofPartyAatthecostofPartyA.6.2租賃期間，乙方應合理使用并愛護該房屋及其附屬設施。因乙方使用不當或不合理使用，致使該房屋及其附屬設施損壞或發(fā)生故障的，乙方應負責維修。乙方拒不維修的，

11、thatPartyBrefusestherepairPartyAmaycarryouttherepairinplaceofPartyBatthecostofPartyB.6.3租賃期間，甲方應保證該房屋及其附屬設施處于正常的可使用和安全的狀態(tài)。甲方對該房屋進行檢查、養(yǎng)護，應提前日通知乙方。檢查養(yǎng)護時，乙方應予以配合。甲方應減少對乙方使用該房屋的影響。6.3DuringtheleasingperiodPartyAshallensurenm

12、alavailabilitysafestatusofthepremisesaccessyfacilities.IfPartyAintendstocarryoutinspectionmaintenanceonthepremisesPartyAshallnotifyPartyBdaysinadvance.DuringtheinspectionmaintenancePartyBshallprovidecodination.PartyAshal

13、lminimizetheinfluenceontheuseofthepremises.6.4乙方需裝修或者增設附屬設施和設備的，應事先征得甲方的書面同意，按規(guī)定須向有關(guān)部門報批的，則應由甲方報請有關(guān)部門批準后，方可進行。乙方增設的附屬設施和設備的歸屬及其維修責任由甲、乙雙方另行書面約定。6.4IncasethatPartyBintendstodecatethepremisesaddaccessyfacilitiesequipmentsP
