5、egy; The second part explain purpose this text , especially its far-reaching actual meaning through studying current situation and the reason of its strategy changes ;The third part Study the external environme

6、nt condition of Lenovo Group on the basis of IT industry whole competitiveness; The fourth part analysis the key competitiveness of Lenovo Group; The fifth part mainly to carry on SWOT analysis about the d

7、evelopment potentiality to Lenovo Group; The sixth part is a focal point of this text, in this part we propose the guiding theory and strategic choice of Lenovo, basis on analysis all-sidedly in livin
