4、</b></p><p><b> ?。ㄒ唬┒止I(yè)片區(qū)</b></p><p> 二街工業(yè)片區(qū)位于晉寧縣西部二街集鎮(zhèn)南北兩側(cè),距昆明市區(qū)約70公里,距晉寧縣城約20公里。重點(diǎn)發(fā)展精細(xì)磷化工為主的工業(yè)片區(qū);規(guī)劃區(qū)以二街集鎮(zhèn)為界分為南北兩片。其中北片南至老高村、東至香條沖、北至大團(tuán)地、西至朱家營、鎖溪渡一線。南片北至二街集鎮(zhèn)及半山腰一線,南至山腳,東至分水
5、嶺,西至東大溝西側(cè)山腳。</p><p> 規(guī)劃區(qū)內(nèi)大部分為耕地,伴有一定面積的林地和園地。東大溝及二鳴公路從規(guī)劃區(qū)中部穿過。北片現(xiàn)狀用地以耕地為主,東南角坡地上分布有部分林地。包括了柿子村、香條沖、鎖溪度等幾處村莊。南部現(xiàn)狀用地內(nèi)分布有部分廠礦企業(yè),集中分布于東側(cè)。包括了甸頭村、馬腳村、松樹村、栗廟村、栗廟新村5個(gè)自然村。范圍內(nèi)分布有大塘子等幾處水面。二街工業(yè)片區(qū)處在金沙江流域范圍內(nèi)。</p>

7、里。</p><p><b> ?。ǘ┥纤夤I(yè)片區(qū)</b></p><p> 上蒜工業(yè)片區(qū)位于晉寧縣中部上蒜集鎮(zhèn)南側(cè),距昆明市區(qū)約40公里;距晉寧縣城約20公里。以發(fā)展新型建材、旅游商貿(mào)為主的綜合工業(yè)片區(qū);上蒜工業(yè)區(qū)東起楊戶村村邊,南至柴河,西至寶興公路,緊鄰寶興火車站,北至昆洛路。</p><p> 目前規(guī)劃區(qū)具備一定的工業(yè)基礎(chǔ),現(xiàn)狀建
8、設(shè)用地主要集中于西側(cè),如晉寧磷礦辦公區(qū)、晉寧磷礦擦洗廠、云南上磷化工有限責(zé)任公司造粒車間、晉寧磷礦機(jī)械化工程公司、云南昆明市上進(jìn)磷化工有限公司、昆明紅海磷肥有限責(zé)任公司等?,F(xiàn)狀也已有部分新項(xiàng)目入駐,完成選址。同時(shí)外部交通條件優(yōu)越,上六公路從規(guī)劃區(qū)通過,北接昆洛公路,西、南接上六公路?,F(xiàn)狀總建設(shè)用地面積為34.13公頃,占規(guī)劃總用地的11.63%,其余用地主要是為耕地及林地。柴河及上六公路從規(guī)劃區(qū)南側(cè)經(jīng)過。寶興村位于規(guī)劃區(qū)外西南側(cè),楊戶村

10、></p><p> 晉城工業(yè)片區(qū)位于晉寧縣東部晉城集鎮(zhèn)南側(cè),緊鄰昆玉高速公路。距昆明市區(qū)約50公里,距晉寧縣城約35公里,以發(fā)展高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)、家具產(chǎn)業(yè)、汽配裝備制造及配套產(chǎn)業(yè)為主的工業(yè)片區(qū);規(guī)劃區(qū)位于昆玉高速公路南側(cè),向南延伸至大墳山一帶,規(guī)劃范圍北至昆玉高速公路,南至大墳山,東至大場(chǎng)新塘——耿家營水庫沿線,西至馬鞍山——月表村山坳沿線。</p><p> 現(xiàn)狀道路主要有晉江公
11、路、新建入廠道路和若干村鎮(zhèn)道路,晉江公路由北向南穿過規(guī)劃區(qū)中部,區(qū)內(nèi)有若干村鎮(zhèn)土路及山路,寬度3-5米,主要為村鎮(zhèn)與外界聯(lián)系用。</p><p> 規(guī)劃區(qū)地形以平地、丘陵緩坡為主,用地主要是耕地及林地,其他為村莊及少量工業(yè)用地,地形起伏較大。規(guī)劃區(qū)小場(chǎng)村南側(cè)山坡及馬鞍山植被較好,其他地方覆蓋率較低,以原生稀疏混合林和灌木叢為主。屬于滇池流域,東側(cè)緊鄰小場(chǎng)村水庫、大場(chǎng)水塘、耿家營水庫及小江塘水庫,西側(cè)大河貫穿整個(gè)

14、亞市場(chǎng)的綜合性公鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)及加工制造工業(yè)園區(qū);東至環(huán)湖南路及安晉高速部分路段,西臨昆陽磷礦三采區(qū)東側(cè)山體,南至古城鎮(zhèn)梅樹村南側(cè),北抵西山區(qū)??阪?zhèn)交界處。</p><p> 規(guī)劃區(qū)西側(cè)是昆明重要的磷礦石出產(chǎn)地和初加工地,有昆陽磷肥廠、古城鈣美廠等企業(yè),主要用地為村莊建設(shè)用地和工業(yè)用地,以及大量的磷礦采區(qū),目前的一二采區(qū)已基本采空,遺留少量尾礦。規(guī)劃范圍內(nèi)散布有梅樹村、古城鎮(zhèn)、舊寨、中誼村、新村等村莊。新增物流
