5、 and promote the development of China's service industry to undertake the international transfer of the modern service industry effectively by using the external force in the short term. So

6、 the study how to undertake the international transfer of the service industry has become an important research topic on theory and practice . The theoretical research on the international indu

7、strial transfer is in great amount, but most is based on the international manufacturing industry transfer. The research on the international service industry transfer is still in its initial e

8、xploratory theoretical stage. This paper attempts to break through the previous studies and make a comprehensive research on the effect of China's undertaking international service industry in view o

9、f the different characteristics from the manufacturing sector.Meanwhile,the research method is mathematical analysis, which is to set up the mathematical models, and the quantitative research to bre

10、ak through the qualitative research. So that the research is more targeted and valuable. At the beginning this article explores the dynamics and trends of the international service industry by

11、defining the basic concepts .And then the effect analysis on China's undertaking international service industry is carried on based on the situation of the use of FDI in China's service

12、 sector, by using the unit root tests, cointegration analysis. The analysis shows the FDI of service industry is able to boost our country's economic growth and has the effect of job cre

13、ation, and optimizing the services export , technology spills. Finally the practical measures is proposed considering the experience of India and other countries and regions undertaking the servi

14、ce industry ,hoping China is in the initiative state, rapid services industry development , optimizing the industrial structure, and the real sustained and healthy economic development. 【KeyWords】se
