2、 and political educator of higher education to guarantee the vanguard, and the indispensable important force to maintain the sustainable and healthy development of education. Therefore, the attention to the team construc
3、tion of university counselors, their full enthusiasm and initiative has important significance to improve the quality of talent training and promote the healthy development of higher education. Based on investigation in
4、actual work, took Huainan Union University as an example, the author analyses occupational tiredness of the university instructor, its causes and countermeasures. The paper can be divided into four parts. The first part
5、investigates the work responsibilities and working status in universities, analyzes the qualifications that an university instructor should possess, working characteristics of Huainan Union University and the current sit
6、uation of university. the second part summarizes the connotation and manifestation of university counselors and job tiredness. Based on defining the meaning of job tiredness of university counselors, this part summarizes
7、 the main representation of it. And points out the harmfulness of job tiredness from school, student and itself. The reasons of university counselors burnout is analyzed in the third part. It is analyzed from six aspects
8、. Part four proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to relieve the university counselors’ burnout. According to the causes and representation of job tiredness of university counselors, it puts forward the countermea
9、sures and suggestions of the selection of engagement, enhancement of professional identity, improving their comprehensive quality, and the creation of harmonious working environment. Key words College tutors Job tiredn
