2、 In the “ Dao De Jing” , Laozi found a unique way to win from the origin of things, the existence of existent status and fuction. The way is the management of “ Hold Gentleness”that is to
3、 be described in this article and also the existent concept emphasized by Laozi. “ Hold Gentleness”is not only the sophist’ s survival, but also the vulnerable group’ s better selection of surviv
4、al at present. However, the reality told people that too gentle suffocated the vitality and impede development; too hard is easy to be destroyed and harm to development; only regulate yi- yang
5、, mingle gentle and hard, strong and weak and make mutual transformation is a good survival. “ Dao”is the highest field in Laozi’ s thought and also the highest management objective in Laozi’ s
6、 management thought, which is to be achieved through a series of “ Hold Gentleness”means. The first part is to demonstrate the formation of Laozi’ s “ Hold Gentleness” management concept. Fist of
7、all, the article explained the ideological background of Laozi’ s “ Hold Gentleness” management, including the long farming culture, the heavy sense of concern and the unique characteristic of individual
8、character. Secondly, the article explored the origin thought of laozi’ s management concept, which mainly inheriting or abandoning the thought of Confucianism, Mohism, Taoism. Finally, the article demonstra
9、ted the philosophical basement of Laozi’ s “ Hold Gentleness”m anagement concept, including “ Dao Fa Zi Ran”ontological, “ move the anti- De Road” dialectics and “ use Gentle win Hard”methodology. The
10、 second part focuses on the content of Laozi’ s “ Hold Gentleness”management. This is mainly demonstrate from five aspects. Fist, “ heart for people”and focus on management of people, which is
11、the basic concept of “ Hold Gentleness”management as well as the main problem of Laozi’ s management philosophy. Second, the thought of “ small territory and population”is to regain people’ s int
12、erests, which is the country strategy based on the position of civilian. Third, the management of “ govern by non- inerference”is mainly about the limitation and constraint to manager’ s power,
13、which is also based on civilian’ s position. Fourth, “ the good is like”i s mainly emphasize the manager’ s qualities and ethics and also reflects the unity of subject and object. Lastly, the
14、“ Dao Fa Zi Ran”embodies the philosophy of Laozi and his best managed realm. The five aspects construct a more rigour “ Hold Gentle”management system. The third part shows the contemporary valu
