1、第八篇中餐烹飪與菜系說起中餐，人們都知道中餐烹飪以其“色、香、味、形”俱全而著稱于世。中國悠久的歷史、廣袤的疆土、好客的習(xí)俗，這些都孕育了中餐烹飪的獨(dú)特藝術(shù)。中餐烹飪講究原料的選配、食物的質(zhì)地、佐料的調(diào)制、切菜的刀工、適時(shí)的烹調(diào)，以及裝盤藝術(shù)。最負(fù)盛名的中餐菜系有南方的粵菜、北方的魯菜、東部的淮揚(yáng)菜和西部的川菜，素有“南淡北咸，東甜西辣”之特點(diǎn)。IntermsofChinesefooditispopularlyrecognizedtha

10、lglobalpeacestability.第十篇新聞自由新聞自由是一個(gè)相對的詞。我認(rèn)為，第一新聞應(yīng)該不受限制；第二，新聞應(yīng)該對社會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)；第三，新聞應(yīng)該促進(jìn)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定與進(jìn)步。這三個(gè)方面互為聯(lián)系，同等重要，不可分割。片面強(qiáng)調(diào)某一方面會(huì)帶來問題，因而是有害的。Freedomofthepressisarelativeterm.Inmyopinionfirstlythepressshouldbeunrestrainedsecondlythepre

12、最初極其崇尚自由主義，而對自由主義的強(qiáng)調(diào)不當(dāng)造成了濫用新聞自由概念的結(jié)果。這是新聞理論發(fā)展的第一階段。后來美國新聞業(yè)發(fā)現(xiàn)了聞，于是提出了負(fù)責(zé)任的新聞這個(gè)概念，或者叫作社會(huì)責(zé)任理論，新聞理論于是進(jìn)入了第二個(gè)發(fā)展階段?，F(xiàn)在世界已進(jìn)入一個(gè)和平與發(fā)展的后冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)期。全世界人民都渴望有一個(gè)穩(wěn)定的、進(jìn)步與和平發(fā)展的社會(huì)環(huán)境。他們真誠地希望媒體在促進(jìn)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和進(jìn)步方面發(fā)揮更大的作用，不要引起社會(huì)動(dòng)蕩與退步。我認(rèn)為，這個(gè)后冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)期標(biāo)志著新聞理論已進(jìn)入第三
