85、都將導(dǎo)致城市停車需求的迅速增加.然而停車問題長期未得到應(yīng)有的重視,停車設(shè)施規(guī)劃滯后,管理混亂,建設(shè)受到用地緊張、資金短缺的制約,造成目前很多大中城市停車供需矛盾突出,停車問題已成為嚴重的城市交通問題。</p><p> 作為智能交通系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,智能化的停車誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)將參與整個城市的交通管理,它可以對管理區(qū)域的停車場狀況以及占有率情況進行整體協(xié)調(diào),制定不同的停車價格來對不同區(qū)域的停車需求進行間接控制和平衡。

95、然后進行分別記錄。</p><p> 2 在設(shè)計車輛進出管理表單時,并沒有直接加入數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境,而是只有在點擊相應(yīng)按鈕時瞬間執(zhí)行“打開表--操作--關(guān)閉表”的步驟,這樣的設(shè)計方便了系統(tǒng)的擴充。當停車場擴充為出入口分離或多個出入口時,多個管理員可以通過局域網(wǎng)同時進行進出管理工作,這種設(shè)計基本避免了進行進入停車場操作和離開停車場費用結(jié)算操作時可能同時打開同一個表的沖突問題。</p><p>
96、3 本系統(tǒng)適用于小型的停車場管理使用,即使只有一個管理人員也可以很方便的使用計算機來進行停車場的管理工作。本系統(tǒng)結(jié)合利用傳感器技術(shù)、IC卡技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)以及高度自動化的機電和微機設(shè)備對停車場進行安全、有效的管理的應(yīng)用,可以建設(shè)智能停車場管理系統(tǒng),可以實現(xiàn)收費、保安、監(jiān)控、防盜等功能。比如車牌號碼的記錄采用智能IC卡技術(shù),即省去了手工輸入車牌號碼的工作以及可能出現(xiàn)的手工輸入錯誤,并增加進出停車場操作的管理工作效率。</p>
97、<p> 4 系統(tǒng)的管理功能里不僅包括查詢所有車輛進出記錄及詳細收費情況查詢的功能,還包括了按指定車牌號碼進行查詢的功能,輸入車牌號碼即可查詢該車輛近一段時間內(nèi)的詳細出入記錄。本功能雖然只需要使用非常簡單的查詢語句即可實現(xiàn),卻有一定的實用價值,例如警方可以對嫌疑車輛的出入該停車場記錄進行查詢等。</p><p><b> 結(jié)束語</b></p><p>
