3、Hoang Anh, the rate of breast cancer is common in the age of 40-54 and decreases in the age of after 55[2][3]. But some recent years, the rate of breast cancer tend to become younger. Now there are a lot of methods that

4、can help the doctor diagnosis breast cancer like physican examination, mammography, MRI, ultrasound...but among of them, ultrasound is the method that is noninvasive, less expensive, extremely safe than other diangosis m

5、ethods. Ultrasound imaging can help detect lession in women with dense breats.Therefore, the diagnostic value of breast cancer of ultrasound is researched by home and abroad authors, however, no studies have adequately d

6、efines the role of this method in the diagnosis of breast cancer with women under 40.With the above reasons, we conduct the project"Decription of images characterization and assessing the value of ultrasonography in the

7、diagnosis of breast cancer in women under 40"with two objectives:The description of breast ultrasound image in the diagnosis of breast cancer in women under 40 years old and Assessing the value of ultrasonography in the

8、diagnosis of breast cancer in women under 40.
　　Methods : Like a retrospective descriptive study interrupted, my research collect the data at The Vietnam military medical hospital from 2014 january to 2014 december. A

9、ll of women who have enought selection criteria like:female patient under 40 years-old, with clinical symptoms in breast ; patients had done breast ultrasound, mammography ;histopathological diagnosis be needle biopsy an

10、d/ or surgery will be collected and recorded. We writen record were reviewed for ultrasound and mammography with BI-RADS assessment and histological results The data after collected will be cleaned and entered into the c

11、omputer, and then analyzed by using statistical software of SPSS 16.0. The statistics are presented as:percentage％, odds ratio OR, comparing the values%by the squared test.The difference has statistically significance wh

12、en p＜0,05. To analyze the relationship between the characteristics of the image and diagnosis of breast cancer , we used logistic analysis to find correlations with p＜0.05 and confidence interval of 95%( CI) which does c

13、ontain a form, that is characteristics has significance in breast cancer diagnosis. We caculated the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of ultrasound method with the golds standand of pathological results.

　　After collect the data, we had 71 women who were under 40 years-old and had enough selection criterias. Among them, there were 40 patients who are breast cancer and 31 patients who are non–breast cancer. In my rea

15、sch, group age of 35-39 years-old who have the highest rate in both of group: breast cancer and non-breast cancer. Breast cancer lession are often dicovered with size 2-5cm (60.0%) location in the quarter of outer front(

16、62.5%). Most common sign of breast cancer in mammography and ultrasound is the cube lession sign (66.7%and 92.5%). In the breast cancer group, the majority of patients with BI-RADS classification in ultrasound are suspec

17、ted malignancy (31 patients with BI-RADS IV), accounting for 77.0%. The majority of patients with BI-RADS classification in mammography are suspected malignancy(28 patients with BI-RADS IV), accounting for 70.0%. After t

18、hat we have the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of ultrasonography were : 80.0%, 80.6% and 80.3%. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of mammography were:72.5%; 93.5%and 81.6%.
