簡(jiǎn)介:提交EL期三QQ盎生墨旦IIIB午GLIIC三個(gè)亞級(jí)。3通過實(shí)證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),寧夏“自然一經(jīng)濟(jì)一社會(huì)”系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展起點(diǎn)很低,但發(fā)展勢(shì)頭較好。從1990年到2003年,科學(xué)發(fā)展指數(shù)增長(zhǎng)了643%,由較低的IIIB級(jí)提高到稍低的ILIA級(jí)。依據(jù)預(yù)測(cè),到2010年寧夏的科學(xué)發(fā)展指數(shù)將達(dá)到O40,科學(xué)發(fā)展指數(shù)由目前的ILIA級(jí)提高一個(gè)等級(jí)而達(dá)到II級(jí),進(jìn)入中等水平的發(fā)展階段。4寧夏的全面發(fā)展水平逐年提高。從1990年到2003年,寧夏的全面發(fā)展水平提高了379%,發(fā)展水平由較低的IIIB級(jí)提高到中等偏下的1IB級(jí),提高了2個(gè)等級(jí)。構(gòu)成發(fā)展水平的因子中,經(jīng)濟(jì)水平發(fā)展速度較快,提高了53%生態(tài)環(huán)境狀況有很大改善,提高了33%社會(huì)發(fā)展速度相對(duì)較慢,提高了26%。5寧夏的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展水平波動(dòng)式發(fā)展,協(xié)調(diào)性有待進(jìn)一步提高。從1990年到2003年,由很低的IIIC絨提高到較低的IIIB級(jí)。在影響協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的因子中,|三態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)的仂調(diào)狀態(tài)為很低的IIIC級(jí),城鄉(xiāng)平衡狀態(tài)比較高,在II級(jí)和IC級(jí)之FBJ波動(dòng);區(qū)域平衡狀態(tài)較好。對(duì)外開放和生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)增長(zhǎng)速度較快,但由于基礎(chǔ)較差,始終處于很低的ILLC級(jí)。6寧夏的可持續(xù)發(fā)展?jié)摿χ饾u增強(qiáng)。從1990年到2003年,由很低的ILLC級(jí)提升到稍低的ILIA級(jí)。構(gòu)成發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ母饕蜃又?,?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?jié)摿B續(xù)跨越了4個(gè)等級(jí),由很低的IIIC級(jí)提升到中下的11B級(jí)社會(huì)發(fā)展?jié)摿μ嵘艘粋€(gè)等級(jí),由很低的IIIC級(jí)提升為IIIB級(jí);生態(tài)承載力增長(zhǎng)也較快,由較低的IIB級(jí)進(jìn)入中下的IIB級(jí)。7寧夏“自然一經(jīng)濟(jì)一社會(huì)”系統(tǒng)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r空間差異很大。2003年全區(qū)的科學(xué)發(fā)展指數(shù)在空間上分為3級(jí),基本表現(xiàn)為由北部平原區(qū)向南部山區(qū)等級(jí)逐漸降低的趨勢(shì)。首府銀川市為IIB級(jí),發(fā)展水平為中下寧南山區(qū)固原市6個(gè)縣區(qū)為IIIB級(jí),發(fā)展水平較低;其它13個(gè)縣市區(qū)為ILLA級(jí),發(fā)展水平稍低。二級(jí)指數(shù)和三級(jí)指數(shù)的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果比較復(fù)雜,多項(xiàng)指數(shù)表明寧夏北部平原區(qū)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r好于寧夏南部山區(qū),但個(gè)別指標(biāo)是南部山區(qū)的部分縣市好于北部平原區(qū)。8實(shí)證研究結(jié)果客觀、準(zhǔn)確地反映了寧夏的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,和寧夏區(qū)情能夠很好地吻合,表明該評(píng)價(jià)體系科學(xué)嚴(yán)密,可操作性強(qiáng),具有很大使用價(jià)值。本研究的創(chuàng)新之處1構(gòu)建了在省域和縣域?qū)哟紊暇哂衅者m性的科學(xué)發(fā)展指標(biāo)體系該指標(biāo)體系比可持續(xù)發(fā)展指標(biāo)體系涉及的內(nèi)容更為全面,指標(biāo)的分類更為清晰,指標(biāo)間的冗余度更小。2建立了科學(xué)發(fā)展三級(jí)指數(shù)的數(shù)學(xué)模型LL

簡(jiǎn)介:馬克思主義理論為指導(dǎo)的哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)是人們認(rèn)識(shí)世界、改造世界的重要工具是推動(dòng)歷史發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步的重要力量。哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)的研究能力和成果是綜合國力的重要組成部分。馬克思主義理論作為哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)各學(xué)科的基礎(chǔ)需要哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)各學(xué)科的繁榮發(fā)展來支撐建設(shè)中國特色社會(huì)主義也離不開以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo)的哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)的繁榮發(fā)展。高校作為人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究、新思想和新文化傳播的基地在繁榮發(fā)展哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)、建設(shè)社會(huì)主義先進(jìn)文化中承擔(dān)著重要責(zé)任高校哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)是我國哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)事業(yè)的重要組成部分。因此高校要進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)責(zé)任感、使命感和緊迫感把加快繁榮發(fā)展哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)作為一項(xiàng)重大而緊迫的戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)采取有效措施為不斷提高哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)研究水平和質(zhì)量而努力。本文以哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)研究的五大主力軍之一高校為研究對(duì)象在充分肯定改革開放以來我國高校哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)事業(yè)發(fā)展取得的成績(jī)基礎(chǔ)上認(rèn)識(shí)到進(jìn)一步繁榮發(fā)展我國高校哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)的必要性和緊迫性指出了大力繁榮發(fā)展我國高校哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義分析了我國高校哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)發(fā)展中存在的問題及因?yàn)樘岢隽朔睒s發(fā)展哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)的相關(guān)對(duì)策對(duì)于進(jìn)一步繁榮發(fā)展高等院校及我國哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)具有重要作用。
