3、ty to explain the world, such as “the Absolute Spirit” of Hegel, “the Water” of Thales, and “the Air” of naive materialism in ancient China to explore the origin of the Universal. 《the Tao Teh King》indicated the natural

4、world view and methodology applied in many areas which impacts on the history and culture of China. The view of working by itself affected many dominators in history. Huang Lao's ideology can be seen from many outst

5、anding dominators, such as Emperor Xuanzong of Tang, Emperor Huizong of Song, Hongwu Emperor, and Kangxi Emperor, to interpret 《the Tao Teh King》. In Western Han Dynasty, Emperor Wen of Han and Emperor Jing of Han expec

6、ted that common people can recover from the cruel rule in Qin dynasty by using the Tao to govern the country. In addition, Emperor Taizong of Tang appointed people on their merits, adopted the policy based on the agri

7、culture and lose the income tax. Therefore, the period of Emperor Taizong of Tang was pretty flourishing. After that, both of the policies of Emperor Xuanzong of Tang and Kangxi Emperor were according to the Huang Lao

8、9;s ideology. As well, the forming of principle during Two Song time，boom of economy and culture, beginning thought during the period of between Ming and Qing dynasty, and achievement of the Reform and Opening Up can all

9、 be connected to the Taozi thoughts. In fact, the philosophy of Tao played an important role in the developing of ancient Chinese philosophy, and impacted many ideologists in western countries. Moreover, many problems ap

10、peared in modern industry can be solute by Taozi thoughts which can be proved in the development. From the 20th century, the progress and developing of modern science have brought convenience and comfort; however, it cre

11、ated the devil to harm human beings. Meanwhile, humanity is enriching accompanied by the dissimilation. Facing so many problems, humans started searching for the solution to the crisis in every respect. This article dem

12、onstrates that Lao-zi's thoughts can be applied in modern world and future and it can help the humanistic crisis, as well. According to the reading and analysis of significant concepts and facing the modern world tho
