2、ic circuit is an important component of the electromagnetic voltage transformer. In the design of the various electromagnetic devices, a reasonable choice for structure and parameters of magnetic circuit will directly a
3、ffect their properties and technical and economic indicators. However, due to the existence of magnetic flux leakage and the nonlinear magnetic circuit, magnetic circuit calculation problem has become extremely complex a
4、nd difficult. From the 1960s, electronic computer was firstly used to calculate magnetic circuit and design electromagnetic devices in foreign, the application of modern design tool has a fundamental change in the calcul
5、ation of the magnetic circuit passive situation. The popularization of digital computer was certainly accompanied by an advanced numerical computation method, which can calculate without using the traditional magnetic ci
6、rcuit, short the calculation time of magnetic circuit and improve the calculation accuracy. Moreover, magnetic circuit calculation could directly start from numerical analysis of electromagnetic fields. In this paper, we
7、 take 35KV single-phase three-pole voltage transformer as example. Main studies are as follows: Firstly, researched the finite element method and the theory of electromagnetic finite element analysis, according to the
8、finite element method, the finite element model of electromagnetic voltage transformer was built with ANSYS software, by studying coupled-field analysis technology of ANSYS, with circuit simulation to coupled physical s
9、imulation, realize EM-circuit coupling. Secondly, according to the principle of voltage transformer, made a harmonic analysis for its 3-D finite element model, which can get the current density and magnetic field inten
10、sity vector map in transformer, and get the associative data tables, then make a comparison between the data obtained from the simulation and the results calculated with traditional methods. Finally, with a view to th
11、e properties of product and economic considerations, made a research for optimization design techniques of ANSYS, By analyzing the principle factors that affect the electromagnetic field distribution in voltage transform
12、er, using parametric design language and optimization design module of ANSYS software realize the organic integration that finite element numerical calculation with model optimum design, and compare optimization produc
