3、 Example Abstract The science of Educational Technology is developed with the education theory and technology. This subject bears a clear comprehensive and interdisciplinary characteristic which carry out the researches

4、 and applications in multiple related areas based on its theory and practice. Professionals major in Education Technology should have reinforcement the competence and the application of sound skills in this field, in

5、order to adapt to the social demand for talents. The professional competence of undergraduate students major in Education Technology in the process of education practice influence their achievement motivations in teach

6、ing. Based on the status quo of competence training for education technology undergraduate of normal university, in this thesis, the relationship between their achievement motivations and professional competence level a

7、re studied. The suggestions on how to improve their professional competence and how to meet the needs of fundamental education are put forward, with the object of effective cooperating among universities, students and

8、 schools, to promote potential teachers’ achievement motivations and the sound development of the profession and the career. Reviewing on the theory of achievement motivation, the theory of education internship and the

9、characteristics of education technology major, the professional competences are classified into core competence, basic competence and extensive competence. The Achievement Motivation scale is adopted to measure the ac

10、hievement motivation of the interns; and the Questionnaire of Professional Competence Level for ET Interns is developed. Taking the interns from two grades in provincial university S as samples, with the investigation

11、of their achievement motivation and professional competence, the results of data analysis shows that: Firstly, interns’ achievement motivation, the motivation for pursuing success have the significant positive correla

12、tion with the core competence, basic competence and the extensive competence. Secondly, The regression equation is obtained by regression analysis , the regression relationship shows that: the factors influence the m

13、otivation of success and achievement motivation are basic competence,extensive competence and core competence.Core competence is mainly influence to the motivation of success; Core competence is mainly influence the ac

14、hievement motivation. Based on these results, the suggestions that the scientific management, the improvement of self-cognition and the reasonable evaluation are put forward in order to improve the competences and the
