3、ustry and prevent not enough, it has resulted in a global three major crises: the shortage of resources, environmental pollution and ecological damage. The most direct and most easily perceived consequence bring by envi

4、ronmental pollution is to reduce the quality of human environment, and affect the quality of human life, physical health and production activities. For example, urban air pollution leads to the air foul, and the increasi

5、ng incidence of people and so on; water pollution leads to water quality deterioration and in the general decline in the quality of drinking water and threat people's health and so on. Serious pollution incidents cau

6、sed not only health problems, but also create social problems. With an increase in pollution and people's environmental awareness, disputes and conflicts due to pollution increasing every year. In this study, basing

7、 on a large number of literature references, defining the three major research variables' definition, including environmental attitudes, environmental behavior, situational factors, and their dimensions. Sum up the i

8、nitial measurement model of this study based on the references. Through processing the pre-questionnaire data by using the SPSS software to update the model, finally building out of this final measurement model, which i

9、ncludes three parts: environmental attitudes influence behavior on the environment; situational factors influence behavior on the environment; regulation of situational factors in the process of environmental attitudes

10、impact on the environment behavior. And making the series of hypothesis view of the above three-part content, and the third part of the hypothesis is the most important. Statisticing the second collection of large amoun

11、ts of data by using of hierarchical regression model to verify the authenticity of a series of hypotheses described above. Validation found that residents in Tianjin environmental attitudes will affect the environmental

12、 behavior, situational factors may also affect the environmental behavior, and the regulating role of situational factors do exist. In short, the purpose of the research on relationship between environmental attitudes

13、and environmental behavior of Tianjin residents under the action of the situational factors is not only to change people's environmental behavior, actually hoping to change people's lifestyles, the mainstream of
