2、ideo grows rapidly. And Remote Control, IPTV, Video Conference, Remote Tech, HDTV, DVB-T, and Set-Top-Box have been widely used. The resource for internet video can’t keep up with the huge demand, though the status chang
3、ed better. For resolving this problem, there is a great importance on research on codec technology, which has low rate, high compression and high quality characters. Though adapting mangle codec model, which is similar w
4、ith H.261 to H.263+, H.264 has great improvement in codec efficiency, the quality of picture, and etc, by using many new technologies, which includes: high accuracy and multiple kinds of movement detection, DCT transform
5、, and prediction in frames. For advanced codec efficiency, we use hardware IP core of H.264 to implement the project. Because it has been integrated in SOC, the power consumptions reduce greatly and the speed for coding
6、improves notably. We can predict, with the wide use of video technologies, H.264 will becomes the first choice when designing video equipments, such as IPTV, mobile video handle sets. By analyzing the character and princ
7、iple of video platform, produced by HuaWei, we design a remote control system, which can be used in low bandwidth. Customer can use web browser or client program to monitor real-time and safely. Through the interface pro
8、vided, we can control the PTZ platform for better effect. The security can be ensured by using AES module for encryption. And Because of using RTP protocol, the multi-media streams can be transmitted timely. With high co
9、hesion and low coupling, we can maintain and extend the system easily. At the same time, we analyze and experiment on software of H.264 existed, and then compare with the implementation, the software solution obviously c
