4、otherhtodevelopcompletethecontrolsystemapplicationofabiggerwkinwhichthepumpinggroupisapart.1.INTRODUCTIONThestudyofthispumpinggroupisedtoabiggerresearchinwhichinadditiontothepumparestudiedthevibrationproblemsofanassociat

5、edboom.Bothpumpinggroupboomfmthecompletesystemcalled“truck–mountedconcreteboompump”.InFig1the3Dimageofthesystemincludingtheconcretevesselthecoupleofcylindersthereal(testrig)pumpinggroupareshown.InFig2there’sanimageofatru

6、ckonwhichthepumpinggroupislinkedtheresanexampleofmechanicalboommovements.Abouttheboomscanbesaidthattheirmainfeatureistheextentthisdistancecanbechangedassumingvariouspositionsinfunctionofthesituation.Therearedifferentkind

7、sofboomstheirlengthisvariablefromaminimumof28mtoamaximumof58m.Actuallythestudyofboombehaviourboomsvibrationproblemsaredoingbyothersbeviessomeresultsaboutthisproblemsarerelatedinotherswks(A.N.Arbel1981H.B.KuntzeU.HirschA.

8、JacubhF.EberleB.Goller1995).Attheotherhthestudyaboutconcretepumpinggroupsystemfconcretewillbedescribed.Retracingthestyofthepumpedconcretecanbesaidthatthisisatechniquefthetransptoffreshly–mixedconcreteallowingthesupplyoff

9、reshmaterialinthefmwkwithouttheuseofanybucketnconveyingbelt.IthasFig2.K41Ltruckmountedconcreteboompump.Itsclearthattheadjustmentoftheflowintermsofcontinuityregularityoftheconcretefluxinsidethemetalpipeisfundamentaltodecr

10、easetheoscillationsontheentiresystemespeciallyoftheboom.Thereisn’tinliteratureacompletestudyofthepumpinggroupintermsofmechanicalhydraulicmodelssofthisreasonsitwasnecessarytodevelopamathematicalmodelanexperimentaltestrig.

11、Themathematicalmodelishelpfulindertoadjustthepumpflowreducethefcesonthemechanicalboomoptimizethepumpinggroupdesignintermsofoverpressureproblemsnoiseproblemsdurationpumpingcapacity.Meoverinthepaperwillbewelldescribethephy

12、sicalsystemtheexperimentaltestsdoingontherealmodelthemathematicalmodelcontrolsystemassociatedtothepump.2.DEIONOFTHEENTIRESYSTEMInFig3thepumpinggrouptestrigtheblockdiagramareshownthepositionofthegroupitsconstrainswiththeg

13、rounditsleanallthecircuitssimulateperfectlytherealgrouponthetruck.Thepumpwaspositionedonsteelgroundconstrainedstructurewhichhasthesameconnectionsofthetruckmountedconcreteboompumpsothatthesimulationisthemostpossiblenearto

14、reality.Thetestrigiscomposedbythepumpinggroup(thephysicalmodelinwhichweareinterested)byapairofauxiliarycircuitsthehydrauliconethesimilarconcreteone(calledCLScircuit).BoththehydrauliccircuitconnectedtoadieselenginestheCLS

15、onearesimilartotherealsystem.Thewkfluid(seeCLSinFig3)flowsinadedicatecircuitthatisconnectwithasteeltankofalmostthreemetershigh.MeoveritgoesoutalternativelyfromtheconcretesidepipesthroughtheCLScircuitputsitselfintothestee
