6、zedtheacteristicsofspatialattributedatarelatedtovehiclepositioningcontrolstudiedthedataclassificationganizationtheintegratedmodelwhichusesaclefobjectrelationalstageofspatialattributedatafocusedonthespacetimecubemodelofve
7、hicletrackdata.Besidesthisarticlehasmadeanelabationonfunctionaldesignimplementationofthemonitservicecentermobileterminaldatacommunicationserverinthevehiclepositioningmonitingsystem.PracticeshowsthattheapplicationofCSserv

15、chnologywhichalsoprovidestheelectronicmapinfmationrequiredbypositioning.Themobilepositioningintegratedterminalthepositioningmonitingcenterachieverealtimedatatransmissionthroughthemobilecommunicationtechnology.Themobileco
16、mmunicationtechnologyisthetransmissionmediumofMobileGIS.ItconnectsthemobileGISterminalwiththespatialinfmationserveruploadsuserrequeststransmitsserviceresponseswhichmayfacilitateuserstoobtainlocationbasedservicesatalltime
17、places[4].Afterreceivingpositioninginfmationfromthemobilepositioningintegratedterminalthemonitingcenterserverdisplaystheterminal’srealtimespecificlocationontheelectronicmapaccdingtothereceivedlocationcodinatesprovidesthe
18、basicGISfunctionsfoperatingthemapsoastoachievevisualmonitingofmovingtargets.Thepositioningmonitingcenterserverobtainstheelectronicmapdataneededbyvisualmonitingfromthepositioningmonitingspatialdatabasethroughtheapplicatio
