8、361300.Article1.4FmoftheCompanyTheCompanytakesthefmofacompanylimitedbysharesi.e.theentirecapitaloftheCompanyisdividedintoshareswithequalnominalvaluetheliabilityofashareholdertotheCompanyislimitedtothenominalvalueofthesha
