4、iondepthtemperatureconductionthermaldefmationofsacrificialconcreteweretested.Theresultsshowesthatresidualcompressivestrengthofsacrificialconcreteis12~16MPaafterexpsoureof1000Chightemperature.themeltingtemperatureisabout1

5、100~1180C.Thesurfaceerosiondepthatthebottomofsacrificialconcreteisgreaterthanthatonthelateralsidethetemperatureofsacrificialconcretequicklyrisethendecreasesslowly.Thethermaldefmationofsacrificialconcretebathincreaseswith

6、timethemaximumstrainofsacrificialconcreteis250~602με.ThenewfmedmoltenproductsareFe3O4Ca2Fe9O13.Utilizationofgradehematitereplacehighgradehematiteusing50%mineraladmixturecontainingflyashGGBSreplacecementisinfavfpreparatio

17、eendlethermocouplebottomonewereboth10mm.thethermaldefmationsensswerelocatedinbothsidesofthespecimens.2.2.ExperimentalProcessInhightemperaturetestsacrificialconcretespecimenswereplacedinhightemperaturefurnacethefurnacetem

18、peraturecurvemeetswithstardISO834.Thespecimenshadplacedinfurnaceat400C,800C1000Cf1htheresidualcompressivestrengthweretested.Otherspecimensheatedtomoltenthemeltingtemperaturewasdecided.Inadditionallysacrificialspecimenswe

19、replacedinthehightemperatureresistantsealingfurnace.2kgthermitewasusedasreplacementofthemoltenceputinsidethemoltenbath.Themixproptionofthermiteisaluminumpowder:calciumoxide:ferricoxide=1:1.5:3itsmeltingtemperatureisabout

20、2500C.Inthemoltenceconcreteinteractionprocessthetemperatureindifferentdepthofsacrificialconcretespecimenswastestedthethermaldefmationwasrecdedbystraingagedevices.WhentheMCCIexperimentwasfinishedthemeltwascooledthemeltwas

21、clearedthemoltenerosiondepthinthebottomsidesofsacrificialconcretemoltenbathwasmeasured.ThecrespondingcomponentswereanalysedbyXRD.3.ResultsDiscussion3.1.ResidualcompressivestrengthmeltingtemperatureTheresidualcompressives

22、trengthofsacrificialconcreteunderhightemperatureisshowninFigure1(a).Obviouslythecompressivestrengthlosscanbeignedafter400C,thenthestrengthreducessharplywithincreasingtemperatureduetothedecompositionofCa(OH)2CSH.Evenafter

23、1000Chightemperatureactiontheresidualcompressivestrengthofsacrificialconcreteisabout12~20MPa.Thespecimenswereheatedtomoltenthemeltingtemperatureofsacrificialconcreteisabout1100~1180CtheexperimentalresultsplottedinFigure1
