2、reteisproducedthetemperaturewhichtheconcreteleavessteamcuringkilnisabout20℃commonly.Thetemperaturedifferenceistoolargebetweentheenvironmentaltemperaturethetemperaturewhichtheconcreteleavessteamcuringkilnwhenthedailyavera

3、getemperaturesto10℃.Becausethesteamcuringconcreteiscooledrapidlyalagreofcrackwillbeproducedinconcretetheinternalstructureofconcretewillbedamagednmally.Thentheperfmanceofconcretewillbeinfluencedbadly.Indertoimprovethenega

4、tiveeffectonconcretebysteamcuringthedifferentsupplementarycuringisusedaftersteamcuring.TheC30concreteismadeinthisresearch.Thedailyaveragetemperatureis5℃~10℃theminimumtemperatureis6℃duringthetest.Aftertheconcreteisfmediti

5、splacedin20℃environmentf2hfirst.Thentheconcreteisheatedto55℃in2hmaintainedf8hinthesteamcuringkiln.Intheendtheconcreteiscooledto20℃in3h.Aftersteamcuringthestardcuringcoveringbywetfabricfilmoutsideareusedseparatelyfconcret

6、e.Thesupplementarycuringtimeis1d2d3d4d.Thentheconcreteisplacedinnaturalenvironmentto28d.Themicrostructureofhydrationproductsareobservedbyelectronmicroscope.Thedensityofconcreteisanalysedbytheresultofthe28dsaturatedwaterc

7、ontentsofteningfact28drapidcarbonationdepth.Themechanicalpropertiesofconcreteareresearchedbytheresultofthe28dstrength.Whentheconcreteadoptsstardcuringcoveringbyfilmaftersteamcuringthesaturatedwatercontent28drapidcarbonat

19、strengthis42.9MPa.Thelargesofteningfactlittlesaturatedwatercontent28drapidcarbonationdepthshowthatthestardcuringconcreteisverydenseat28d.Withsamemixproptionsagetheperfmanceofsteamcuringconcreteiswsethanthatofstardcuringc

20、oncrete.Itssaturatedwatercontentis3.12%softeningfactis0.84728drapidcarbonationdepthis7.9mmstrengthis33.8MPa.Comparingwithstardcuringconcretethedensity28dstrengthofsteamcuringconcretereducesobviously.Thenthesteamcuringcon

21、cretewithdifferentsupplementarycuringispreparedtested.Thestardcuringcoveringbywetfabricfilmoutsideareusedseparatelyfconcreteassupplementarycuring.Theresultsoftestsareshowninfigure1.Atthesameagetheperfmanceofthesteamcurin
