12、abasedonanobjectivefunction.Howeveralthoughthismethodissuccessfullyappliedto2DNMRitsuseisconstrainedbyspecificprerequisites(e.g.itrequirestheidentificationtheextractionofallpeaksfthealignmentalgithmwhicharenotalwaysavail
13、ableinthehighlycomplexspectrasuchasHSQCspectrum).Inthispaperweproposeanewmethodabletosimultaneouslydetectaligndifferentpeaks.Inthisapproacheachpeakisparameterizedbyitspositionitsshape.Theseacteristicsthataretheeticallyin
