4、hen zhen) Ltd as background generally studied the yield management system. The economic performance of many modern production processes is substantially influenced by production yield, especially for the HDD area which m

5、ature yield is just around 50% area, it is more important. Experience data was showed: 1% yield improvement equal to 6% gross revenue increase and 2.5% labor cost reduction. Exclude that, yield also impact the capacity,

6、WIP, Lead time and product quality of the company. From 1990 China start the Total Quality Management which improved Chinese company’s market value. Paper focus on technical solution, from technical point of view, system

7、atically introduced from data base establish, data mining, problem diagnose, analysis till solving and support function of yield management system. At the same time according to product life cycle and period providing pe
