3、hool has received generous support from the Evergreen Education Foundation,,現(xiàn)學校青樹圖書室的藏書、計算機、自動化管理等基本軟便件已初具規(guī)模，學校圖書室除了開展各項借閱、流通工作和有關項目工作之外，還利用圖書室的優(yōu)勢，瞄準重點目標人群（學生和老師），更好的為教育教學服務，促進學生的學習。The library not only maintains basic

4、circulations, but also initiates support to faculty and students for their work and study,,目前，教學質(zhì)量仍然是初高中學校的生存之本，也是國家素質(zhì)教育的另一種體現(xiàn)。學校圖書室針對這一目標，進一步擴大了圖書的流通，方便學生的借閱和減少借閱環(huán)節(jié)，讓師生能夠閱讀到足夠數(shù)量的書，讓師生養(yǎng)成“應做的功課已完而有余暇，大可以看看各樣的書，即使和本業(yè)毫不相干的也

5、要泛覽”的好習慣，從而來服務于課堂教學，提高學生的綜合素質(zhì)。The Library prioritizes its mission of supporting education quality of the school. It secures sufficient amount of books to meet the demand of extracurricular reading,,,,學校已于今年5月給高一、高二12個班

6、每班配備了一套書柜，把圖書室的藏書推進教室，讓師生更方便的閱讀。In order to provide convenience to the students, the school equipped twelve classrooms with a bookshelf each in May 2009,,在“書柜進教室”的前提下，我們開展一個“我當小主編”的活動。具體活動情況如下。The details of “I am a Ed

7、itor-in-Chief” program are as the following.,,1、根據(jù)人民教育出版社出版的“全日制普通高級中學教科書”語文課本第一至第四冊的編排內(nèi)容，由語文老師和學生共同選擇相關的圖書，每班約200本，存放于教室的書柜，班與班之間每2個月（10個周）輪換一次。Chinese teachers and students of each class pick about 200 books that are

8、relevant to class reading and keep them in the in-class bookshelf. Classes exchange bookshelves with each other every two months (10 weeks).,,,,2、圖書由青樹志愿者來管理，實行全天開放，包括星期六和星期天。The bookshelves, organized by Evergreen vol

9、unteers, open to readers seven days a week.,,3、每個星期語文老師用一節(jié)課來指導學生進行閱讀。Chinese teachers spend one class session to guide students on reading the books every week.,,4、學生帶著任務讀書，每個星期做2—3頁的讀書筆記（筆記本用同一種規(guī)格）。Students submit a

10、2-3 page reading report every week.,,5、一個學期結(jié)束，由青樹圖書館組織，邀請相關人員對學生的讀書筆記進行評選，每班選出做得好的10—15本，并給予獎勵。At the end of a semester, the Library will invite evaluators to review the reading reports and reward the top 10-15 students

11、.,,6、學校對選出的好的讀書筆記，進行復印、登記、采編，并將其做為圖書室的校編讀物，向全體師生開放借閱。The school helps students compile selected reports. The resulting book will be part of school-specific collection.,效果分析 Impact Analysis,1、增加了學生閱讀、寫作的能力，學生做讀書筆記，豐富積累了知

12、識，為課堂教學做了大量的知識補充。Help enhance students’ reading and writing abilities. Enrich students’ knowledge.Supplement classroom teaching,,2、增補了青樹圖書室的資料，每個學期可增加150本每本60頁左右的學生自編圖書。Expand the collection of the Library—extra 150

13、student-made 60-page books every semester,,3、可以激發(fā)學生閱讀的興趣，爭當校編圖書的小主編。Stimulate students’ interest in reading and in becoming an editor-in-chief,,4、在流通過程中，也可以提高學生閱讀興趣，同時還可節(jié)省大量的閱讀時間，促進學生知識的積累和思想、情感上的交流。By circulating read

14、ing reports, students find reading books more interesting, reading time saved, and communication among peers becomes easier.,,5、學生自編的圖書，將是一本匯摘錄、心得、感想、評論等于一本的綜合性小冊子，這些小冊子，各種知識高度集中，盡顯書本精華，能極大的引起編者和讀者興趣，從而促進“我當小主編”活動的持續(xù)開展下去

15、，青樹圖書室的校編圖書將逐年增加。The program has proved to be effective in stimulating students’ interest in reading and editing. As it is well received by the students, it will be continued in the future.,,6、根據(jù)學校教學的需要，圖書室還將配套進行各種演講，書畫
