3、 Marine Resources (LMR) held its eighth meeting from June 13-17th, 2011 in Silver Spring, USA,Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences,總體回顧 General Review,中美雙方介紹了兩國的海洋生物資源管理體系,討論了短期和長期的合作重點(diǎn)及優(yōu)先合作領(lǐng)域,并就海洋生物資源協(xié)調(diào)工作組未來的工作機(jī)制以及經(jīng)費(fèi)來源進(jìn)行
4、了磋商。 Both sides gave overviews of the LMR management mechanism and discussed short-term and long-term cooperation priorities. The mechanism to sustain future collaboration under the panel and funding issues were also

6、海洋生物資源管理概況”、“中國在全球氣候變化對漁業(yè)資源影響領(lǐng)域的研究進(jìn)展”、“桑溝灣多營養(yǎng)層次綜合養(yǎng)殖模式”、“基于生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的亞熱帶海灣綜合養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)研究”等10個(gè)報(bào)告。報(bào)告內(nèi)容受到了美國同行的廣泛關(guān)注和好評。美方同行介紹了國家海洋與大氣局的組織框架、美國水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖研究重點(diǎn)、氣候變化對漁業(yè)的影響、海洋酸化的對魚類生理學(xué)的影響、美國有害藻華的研究進(jìn)展以及美國海洋保護(hù)物種項(xiàng)目等方面的情況。世界銀行的項(xiàng)目官員介紹了“魚類2030”項(xiàng)目。

10、 Research in the U.S. , U.S. Conservation Programs for Marine Protected Species , Fish to 2030.,Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences,總體回顧 General Review,經(jīng)過討論,雙方同意通過推進(jìn)兩國間在水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖、氣候變化、海洋酸化、有害藻華、海洋牧場、瀕危物種和棲息地保護(hù)等與海洋漁業(yè)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的合作。同時(shí)
11、選擇最重要的、對兩國都有利的項(xiàng)目作為第8期的海洋生物資源合作項(xiàng)目。會(huì)議達(dá)成了2012年在中國舉辦“中美海洋生物資源協(xié)調(diào)工作組第9次會(huì)議”的意向。Topics of mutual interest included: aquaculture, climate and ocean acidification, harmful algal blooms, sea ranching, endangered species and habi
12、tat monitoring, assessment and restoration. It was agreed that the next meeting of the LMR Panel be scheduled for fall 2012 in China. After the meeting, 8 activities/projects were proposed for 2012, Including Fishe

14、eeting on Living Marine Resources: Habitat Monitoring, Assessment and Restoration of Reef Systems Project ) 2011年11月1-3日在美國夏威夷的火奴魯魯召開,會(huì)議的目標(biāo)是交流有關(guān)棲息地監(jiān)測,評估和魚礁(包括自然魚礁和人工魚礁)系統(tǒng)工程修復(fù)的信息和經(jīng)驗(yàn),確定合作研究的可能性。 The workshop was h
15、eld in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA from November 1-3, 2011. The goals of this meeting were to exchange information and experience associated with monitoring, assessment, and restoration of reef systems (natural and artificial)

17、ent Safety Assessment Workshop) 2012年4月1日,美國國家海洋漁業(yè)局水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖及資源增殖處處長Christopher Brown博士來我院參加了交流會(huì)。 Brown博士就美國貝類養(yǎng)殖情況做了專題報(bào)告,介紹了美國貝類養(yǎng)殖歷史、貝類養(yǎng)殖環(huán)境污染物的監(jiān)測技術(shù)和相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀。資源與環(huán)境研究中心樊恩源副主任、質(zhì)量與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究中心劉歡副研究員分別介紹了我國灘涂貝類養(yǎng)殖場(ESA)的環(huán)境安全評估和貝類產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安
18、全監(jiān)管項(xiàng)目概況, 并就就貝類養(yǎng)殖管理中存在的問題和解決方法與Brown博士進(jìn)行了深入討論。 Dr. Christopher Brown came to CAFS on April 1, 2012 and introduced shellfish cultivation history and pollutant monitoring technology in US. Prof. Fan Enyuan and Dr.

20、shop) 4月9日,中美海龜項(xiàng)目研討會(huì)在東海水產(chǎn)研究所成功舉辦。美國國家海洋漁業(yè)局國際科技協(xié)調(diào)官員Keith Chanon一行6人、以及中方相關(guān)專家參加了研討會(huì)。 The workshop was held on April 9, 2012 in ESCFRI, China. Six participants from NOAA and related experts in China joi
21、ned the workshop. 研討會(huì)上,專家分別就中美海龜保護(hù)策略及管理情況、中美海龜相關(guān)科研進(jìn)展及案例分析作了學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告,并緊緊圍繞中美海龜管理體系、研究建議和下一步合作意向三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了深入探討和交流。 Topics included sea turtle conservation strategies and management issues, research progress and

23、China Sea Fisheries Research Institute( SCSFRI) & Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center (PIFSC))2012年8月2日-9月4日,南海所秦傳新副研究員前往夏威夷火奴魯魯?shù)腘OAA太平洋島嶼漁業(yè)科學(xué)中心漁業(yè)資源評估項(xiàng)目組(Dr. Gerard DiNardo)開展了為期34天的合作交流。Dr. Chuanxin Qin,fro
24、m SCSFRI carried out study and research for 34 days in PIFSC from Aug. 2 to Sep. 4. (1)初步掌握了R統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件的原理與應(yīng)用技術(shù),針對廣東省的歷史統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)和典型人工魚礁的漁業(yè)資源具體數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行初步的分析。 Primary analysis of Guangdong’s fishery data and artificial reef data
25、were carried out.,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展Progress Report,Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences,(2)初步完成了廣東省近海歷史漁業(yè)資源統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的分析,對近年來我國和廣東省所采取的管理措施的有效性進(jìn)行了初步評價(jià)。 The fluctuation data of Guangdong province fishery were assessed. China’s management
26、 strategies’ were evaluated.(3)選擇特定的人工魚礁區(qū)開展了人工魚礁對漁業(yè)資源的增殖作用評價(jià),初步完成了數(shù)據(jù)的整理。 A typical artificial reef was selected to evaluate the efficacy of artificial Reefs. Data reduction of artificial reefs were completed. (4
27、)根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)整理初步結(jié)果,擬定了兩篇論文作為這次合作的研究成果之一。 Finish two research papers. “Fisheries and Management in the Guangdong Province, China: Challenges and Recent Developments”and“Evaluating the Efficacy of Artificial Reefs in the Guan

29、術(shù)交流(Scientist Exchange Project on ARMS: South China Sea Fisheries Research Institute( SCSFRI) & Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center (PIFSC))2012年7月22日-8月23日,南海水產(chǎn)研究所唐振朝副研究員前往NOAA太平洋島嶼漁業(yè)科學(xué)研究中心珊瑚生態(tài)系統(tǒng)研究組進(jìn)行了為期一個(gè)月的
30、工作交流。Dr.Tang Zhenzhao from SCSFRI was sent to CRED,PIFSC in Honolulu to exchange for a month from July 23- Aug.22, 2012. 成效achievement: (1)系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)并參與了自主式魚礁監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)(ARMS)的組裝、投放、回收及樣品分析的整個(gè)工作流程,包括參與回收了美方在夏威夷群島附近投放的(ARMS);參
31、與了ARMS的后處理工作;參與了夏威夷群島附近6個(gè)站點(diǎn)的樣品分析。 With the help of CRED colleagues, learned to assemble/deploy/recover ARMS and joined the whole procedure of sample analysis of ARMS recovered nearby Hawaii islands.,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展Progress Repo
32、rt,Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences,(2)與美方研究人員進(jìn)行了關(guān)于在中國南海北部珊瑚礁區(qū)與人工魚礁區(qū)投放ARMS可行性的討論,并帶回美方提供的ARMS裝置樣本1個(gè)。Have discussed with CRED scientists on feasibility of ARMS deployment in coral reef site and artificial reef site in
33、 Northern South China Sea. Brought back a sample ARMS. (3)初步制定了南海北部珊瑚礁區(qū)及人工魚礁區(qū)ARMS試驗(yàn)性投放計(jì)劃,初步設(shè)想選擇珠江口、北部灣、粵東、粵西和三亞共5個(gè)典型海域進(jìn)行ARMS的投放試驗(yàn)。正在對ARMS的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行相關(guān)改進(jìn)。We have made a plan to conduct experimental deployment of ARMS in c
34、oral reef site and artificial reef site in Northern South China Sea, the optional sites include Zhujiang Kou,Beibu Bay,Yue Xi,Yue Dong and Sanya. Now the modification of ARMS design is ongoing. (4)已與深圳漁業(yè)主管部門進(jìn)行了溝通,初步達(dá)成

36、Report,6. 中方赴NOAA太平洋島嶼漁業(yè)科學(xué)中心海龜考察交流項(xiàng)目(Sea Turtle Exchange Program: National Gangkou Sea Turtle Reserve & Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center (PIFSC))2012年9月9日-9月13日,惠東港口海龜國家級自然保護(hù)區(qū)管理局張飛燕工程師赴NOAA太平洋島嶼漁業(yè)科學(xué)中心考察訪問。在
37、美期間,張飛燕先后對參與了海龜解剖實(shí)驗(yàn)、綠海龜捕撈實(shí)習(xí),考察了海龜攝食區(qū)生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu),并先后和NOAA專家Dr. George Balazs,Dr. Jeffrey Seminoff和Dr. John Wang進(jìn)行了兩次學(xué)術(shù)交流會(huì),就海龜保護(hù)政策及措施進(jìn)行了探討。 Dr. Zhang Feiyan from National Gangkou Sea Turtle Reserve went to PIFSC from Sep. 9-13,
