4、tton spinning and weaving conference was held in Kaifeng， Henan province. It offered a great chance for cotton industry to discuss innovative techs， methods， thoughts， and products as well. In this way， China’s related e

5、nterprises could know more about the ideas on a whole year development plan， get help of tech-improvement and then realize adjustment & upgrading. </p><p>　　Xia Lingmin， Vice President of China National
