1、<p>  2014年國家漢辦—美國大學理事會赴美漢語教師志愿者項目</p><p>  赴美漢語教師志愿者項目由國家漢辦/孔子學院總部和美國大學理事會合作舉辦。該項目自2006年啟動以來,已從中國選派了800多名教師赴美國中小學進行漢語教學和中國文化推廣活動。</p><p>  被該項目錄取的教師將被派往美國的高中(9-12年級)、初中(6-8年級)或小學(學前班-5年級)教

2、授漢語。這些學校分布在美國的市區(qū)、郊區(qū)和農(nóng)村。該項目將根據(jù)學校需求和志愿者教師的個人特點及教學經(jīng)驗進行學校分配,志愿者可能被安排在一所以上的學校進行教學;可能被安排教授不同年級和不同中文水平的學生;可能被安排教授沉浸式漢語課程;也可能被安排教授中國文化、中國歷史、中國文學等相關科目的課程。</p><p>  報名截止日期:2013年12月10日</p><p><b>  報名

3、條件 </b></p><p>  3年以上全職語言教學經(jīng)驗(截至2014年6月);</p><p>  教育學、中文、英文、外語或其它相關專業(yè),學士或學士學位以上;</p><p><b>  中國教師資格證;</b></p><p><b>  普通話水平證書;</b></p&

4、gt;<p>  較強的英語口頭及書面表達能力; </p><p>  在外語教學法、課堂管理和交流互動方面有扎實的知識基礎和熟練的技能;</p><p>  活潑開朗的個性和生動活躍的教學風格;</p><p>  對新事物和文化差異有良好的適應能力,能夠與他人友好合作;</p><p>  愿意努力適應新環(huán)境、克服困難,能夠

5、在長期遠離國內家人和朋友的狀態(tài)下正常工作; </p><p>  身體健康并具有良好的心理素質。</p><p><b>  項目收益</b></p><p>  體驗美國生活并積累在美國教育系統(tǒng)工作的寶貴經(jīng)驗;</p><p>  有機會與中美兩國權威教育機構共同工作,有機會參加在美國組織的專業(yè)教師培訓和研修班、研討會

6、等;</p><p>  提高英語水平,積累教學法知識和技能,在美國收集一線教學材 料;</p><p>  享受由漢辦提供的每年一次中美國際往返機票;</p><p>  享受由漢辦提供的生活津貼和一次性安家補助;</p><p>  享受由漢辦提供的在任期間人身意外傷害保險;由美國學校提供的醫(yī)療保險</p><p>

7、;  享受項目規(guī)定的志愿者待遇,包括由漢辦提供的生活津貼、一次性安家補貼和派遣補助,由美方提供的部分工資。</p><p>  志愿者總收入(漢辦津貼+美方工資)與美國當?shù)爻袚冉虒W任務量和同等教育程度的全職教師收入相同。</p><p><b>  教師職責</b></p><p>  遵守中美兩國法律,遵守美國學校、漢辦及本項目的一切規(guī)定

8、;</p><p>  作為全職教師在接待學校開展工作。主要職責包括:校方安排的漢語教學、備課、漢語項目開發(fā)、課程設計、教材開發(fā)、開展中國文化活動、與學校社區(qū)交流溝通、參加職業(yè)發(fā)展與提高的活動及學校安排的其他工作;促進學校和當?shù)厣鐓^(qū)對中國文化的認識和了解,當好文化傳播的大使;能夠與大家分享知識和信息,成為大家了解中國的“活字典”;提高學生對中國的興趣;</p><p>  和學生、同事、家

9、長建立積極的關系,積極參與學區(qū)和社區(qū)的各項活動;</p><p>  在項目結束后按期回國。</p><p><b>  項目進程</b></p><p>  志愿者候選人需經(jīng)過中、美雙方面試并經(jīng)培訓合格后才算錄取。首先,候選人將收到是否通過了中、外方面試的通知。接到面試合格通知后,候選人需確認是否愿意作為儲備師資接受漢辦組織的儲備培訓并在此期

10、間準備簽證材料。最終培訓考核合格的候選人被項目錄取并安排崗位。候選人在與美方學校簽署工作合同之前,可申請退出項目。</p><p>  如果志愿者接受美國學校邀請函和工作合同中所列條款及待遇,即可被項目錄取,并得到入境美國的適當簽證,予以安排工作崗位。志愿者確認被項目錄取后才能得知待遇情況,待遇由候選人教育背景、教齡及當?shù)毓べY標準決定,不可商議。不接受崗位分配的志愿者將被列入候補名單。候補的志愿者不保證獲得崗位。

12、><p>  The Chinese Guest Teacher Program is a collaboration between Hanban/Confucius Institute Headquarters in China and the College Board in the United States. Since the program was launched in 2006, more than

15、hree (3) years of full-time language teaching experience by June 2014</p><p>  Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in education, Chinese, English, International Studies, or other related fields</p><p&g

23、d from Hanban as well as a partial salary from the host school</p><p>  The total compensation package (Hanban stipend + U.S. school partial salary) is commensurate to that of a U.S. teacher with similar res

24、ponsibilities and a similar education background who is teaching full time at the same institution.</p><p>  Teacher Responsibilities </p><p>  All guest teachers are required to: </p>&l

25、t;p>  Comply with all applicable U.S. and Chinese laws and policies of the host school, Hanban and program. </p><p>  Work as a full-time teacher at the host institution. General duties consist of: teachi

26、ng, lesson preparation, program development, curriculum design, materials development, cultural enrichment activities, communication with the school community, professional development activities, and other duties as ass

27、igned. Serve as a cultural ambassador to promote awareness of Chinese culture to the school and local community, and serve as a resource person to share your knowledge and encourage students' in</p><p> 

28、 Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents, and participate actively in the school and local community. </p><p>  Return to China at the end of service in the Chinese Guest Teacher

29、Program. </p><p>  Program Timeline </p><p>  The timeline of acceptance in the Chinese Guest Teacher Program is a multi-step process. First, a candidate is notified whether he/she has passed th

30、e interview stage and is accepted into the teacher candidate pool. Upon receiving this notification, a candidate must confirm his/her willingness to remain in the pool for a potential assignment. The next step is to prep

31、are documents for a J-1 visa application and participate in a required Hanban training program. Only candidates who pass the trainin</p><p>  Final placement and program participation is subject to the guest

32、 teacher’s acceptance into the program, agreement to the terms outlined in the school’s offer letter that includes the compensation package, and receipt of a suitable visa to enter the United States. The compensation pac

33、kage is non-negotiable and will be disclosed after the guest teacher has been accepted by the program. Teachers who choose to decline the school’s offer letter and compensation package will be placed on a waitlist t</
