29、校大學(xué)生人數(shù)急劇上升，畢業(yè)生人數(shù)也逐年增加，隨之而來的就是畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題。而事實上，在畢業(yè)生和企業(yè)之間缺少有效的溝通渠道，企業(yè)的用人標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、企業(yè)人才的選擇條件沒有在有效的時間的傳遞給大學(xué)生，大學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)缺乏市場導(dǎo)向。這使大學(xué)生就業(yè)時缺乏足夠信息，從而產(chǎn)生就業(yè)盲目性。</p><p><b>　　調(diào)查目的：</b></p><p>　　主要了解在校大學(xué)生就業(yè)期望，自身素質(zhì)

30、的評價，學(xué)校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)，對就業(yè)形勢的看法，旨在了解當(dāng)前的就業(yè)形勢對大學(xué)生的影響；通過對影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)因素的調(diào)查，更好地調(diào)節(jié)用人單位與畢業(yè)生之間的供需關(guān)系；為當(dāng)代大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的發(fā)展作一個新的描述；幫助大學(xué)生盡快認(rèn)識自我，學(xué)校為學(xué)生提供就業(yè)引導(dǎo)，使學(xué)生能謀取理想職業(yè)。為同學(xué)們在今后的求職就業(yè)過程中提供參考。</p><p><b>　　調(diào)查結(jié)論及建議：</b></p><

31、p>　　一．大學(xué)生對就業(yè)前景的關(guān)注的比較少</p><p>　　在調(diào)查中了解到，大學(xué)生對就業(yè)信息的關(guān)注還是比較少的，只有24%的同學(xué)表示一直在關(guān)注就業(yè)信息，而71%的同學(xué)只是偶爾關(guān)注，在看到時留意下。而對就業(yè)情景的關(guān)注程度，直接影響了對為所選職業(yè)所做的準(zhǔn)備程度和將來職業(yè)所帶來的成就高低。同學(xué)們大都表示對未來的工作有擔(dān)心，但在實際生活中卻缺少了這種基本的努力。典型的眼高手低表現(xiàn)。</p><

32、;p>　　總結(jié)照成這方面的原因：1.因為學(xué)生現(xiàn)在仍在安逸，舒適的校園中生活，對激烈的社會生活沒有足夠的了解。在經(jīng)濟上仍依賴父母，忘卻了就業(yè)壓力帶來的緊張感，每天仍是如中學(xué)生活，上課、下課，對就業(yè)缺乏了準(zhǔn)確的了解和認(rèn)識。2.學(xué)校提供的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)不到位。同學(xué)們表示，雖然學(xué)校開設(shè)了就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課，但只是泛泛的講些大道理，缺少了實際的操作能力。</p><p>　　二．大學(xué)生個人能力存在缺陷，自我認(rèn)識不足</p&g

33、t;<p>　　自我認(rèn)識包括個人的興趣與特長、個人的性格與價值觀、個人所選定的目標(biāo)與需求、個人的情商、個人的工作經(jīng)驗、個人的學(xué)歷與能力、個人的生理情況等個方面，是職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的重要內(nèi)容之一。</p><p>　　通過對部分用人單位的了解，發(fā)現(xiàn)社會所需要的大學(xué)生應(yīng)具備的基本綜合素質(zhì)應(yīng)該包括思想健康和道德、自律、講誠信，善于協(xié)調(diào)、容易與他人合作的品格，以及具備過硬的專業(yè)技術(shù)知識和基本的法律法規(guī)知識。&l

34、t;/p><p>　　調(diào)查顯示，有60%的大學(xué)生認(rèn)為造成就業(yè)難的狀況，除了社會壓力大，企業(yè)用人少的因素外，主要問題還是在于自身的工作經(jīng)驗的缺乏，缺少實戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗是致命的因素。目前大學(xué)生的個人綜合素質(zhì)和能力缺失，突出表現(xiàn)為相對缺乏社會實際工作經(jīng)驗,缺乏解決現(xiàn)實問題的能力，缺乏艱苦創(chuàng)業(yè)精神，在與人合作與溝通方面存在著障礙。在調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)，有57%的同學(xué)認(rèn)為自我表達能力和人際交往關(guān)系是自己在求職過程中遇到的最大的難題。 <

35、/p><p>　　職業(yè)生涯目標(biāo)是指可預(yù)想到的、有一定實現(xiàn)可能的目標(biāo)。而職業(yè)目標(biāo)的選擇并無定式可言，關(guān)鍵是要依據(jù)自我實際，這就要求我們要對自己有所了解。通過個人分析認(rèn)識自己，估計自己的能力，確認(rèn)自己的性格，發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的興趣，明確自己的優(yōu)勢，衡量自己的差距，并以此來開發(fā)自己塑造自己，使自己的才能得到充分的發(fā)揮。然而調(diào)查表明，大部分大學(xué)生對自己的能力、興趣、職業(yè)傾向都缺乏深度了解，自然對職業(yè)生涯目標(biāo)是模糊的。</p&g

36、t;<p>　　三．大學(xué)生的就業(yè)觀念，職業(yè)期望狀況</p><p>　　影響職業(yè)期望因素大致可分為三個方面，聲望地位穩(wěn)定性因素（地理位置與單位性質(zhì)、社會經(jīng)濟因素），內(nèi)在價值因素（是否能發(fā)揮自己的才能、自己的理想），外在價值因素（家庭的經(jīng)濟條件、薪水和福利、）。在調(diào)查中，被調(diào)查者薪酬和福利、地理位置、單位性質(zhì)、自己的理想、家庭的經(jīng)濟條件、父母的決定、社會經(jīng)濟因素、是否能發(fā)揮自己的才能，按自身在選擇工作

37、時所起作用從大到小排序。其中在職業(yè)選擇中考慮的首要因素的選擇情況，薪酬和福利、地理位置、單位性質(zhì)和父母的決定為同學(xué)們所所首先考慮下的，接下來是自己的理想、是否能發(fā)揮自己的才能、家庭的經(jīng)濟條件、社會經(jīng)濟因素，男女生沒有顯著的差異。</p><p>　　據(jù)調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)，以往的學(xué)生對自己就業(yè)后工作的要求，無論是單位性質(zhì)反面還是薪資方面，要求都比較高，但現(xiàn)在的就業(yè)形勢似乎不允許初出茅廬的學(xué)生有挑工作的機會了，大學(xué)生們的要求也
