42、推出新的外形和更高性能的堆垛機。</p><p>  相信,通過我們的不斷努力,必能設計出高速、安全、可靠性能高的堆垛機,為增強我國綜合國力,為我國填補一分科技空白。</p><p>  1堆垛機模塊化、參數化的設計思想</p><p>  參數化設計是規(guī)格化、系列化產品設計的一種簡單、高效、優(yōu)質的設計方法.它一般是指零件或部件的形狀比較定型,用一組參數和幾何約束該

43、模型的結構尺寸與拓撲關系;參數與設計對象的控制尺寸有顯式對應關系,當賦予不同的參數序列值時,就可驅動典型模型,達到滿足設計要求的零件模型[1].</p><p>  堆垛機的參數化設計是基于機械結構模塊的參數化設計,它以機械結構模塊為設計的基本單元.機械結構模塊是指具有尺寸互換性的機械結構部件,其安裝連接部分的幾何參數滿足某種規(guī)定的要求,并能保證通用互換或兼容.模塊化產品的構成模式等于通用模塊(不變部分)加專用模

44、塊(變動部分)[2].堆垛機的參數化設計著重解決模塊中的變動部分.</p><p>  在模塊的設計過程中,首先確定各模塊的性能參數,幾何尺寸系列基本結構布局與各模塊之間的結合形式.這些參數將作為模塊的主驅動參數,讓次要參數依賴于主驅動參數,利用方程式設計成某種比例關系或幾何約束關系[3].模塊間的接口數據有定義說明,以作為設計計算模塊的數據接口和樣機模型的輸入接口</p><p>  圖

47、螺栓、墊圈、螺釘、鍵等標準件和通用件的數據庫,每個數據庫由相應標準件的國標參數表和與其公稱參數對應的長度系列表組成,以作為應用程序的數據源層.</p><p>  零件的屬性(名稱、圖號、材料、重量)應在模型中建立,便于裝配體自動提取生成BOM(BillofMaterials)材料明細表</p><p>  視零件的不同特征及不同的設計要求采取不同的驅動方式.圖2所示滑輪的繩槽部分,因其參

52、自動生成材料明細表.</p><p><b>  模型的自動尋址</b></p><p>  立體倉庫的自動尋址就是自動尋找存放/提取貨物的位置。在同一巷道內的貨位地址由3個參數組成:第幾排貨架、第幾層貨格、左側或右側。當堆垛機接收到上級管理機的存取指令和存取地址后,即向指定的貨位方向運行。運行中,安裝在堆垛機上的傳感器不斷檢測位置,計算判斷是否到位。在此物理模型中,

53、采用透射型光電傳感器,它能很好地滿足所要求的性能指標[10]。有2種方案:一種是增量式(相對式),另一種是絕對式,各有其優(yōu)缺點。每種方案又可以根據所選坐標系的不同分別有2種具體方式:一種以貨架為坐標系,另一種以貨架和堆垛機的底盤為坐標系的混合坐標法。該模型采用增量式混合坐標法,其特點是:可以明顯減少傳感器的個數(本物理模型只需2個傳感器就可以對同一巷道內有任意個貨格的貨物進行存取作業(yè)),經濟、實用,所需端口很少,易于控制,使整個物理模型
