5、nceP(sPLsynaptophysin(SYP)andproteinS100wasobservedinthelymphoidtissuesofsacculusmtundusofrabbitinthisstudyButtherewasvariousnessofemergencetimeandplaceinthesacculusrotundusMeanwhile,itcanbeensuredthatDNEScellsarerelated
6、tomaturityofthelymphoidcellsBasedonthehistochemistryobservation,thereappearstwotypesofcellinthelymphoidtissuesofsacculusrotundusinthe1stday:Atype(namedtypeIcell)showinglarge,pale,roundorovalshapes,haslargeandbrightnuclea
7、rbutlittlecytoplasmAgreatnumberofslenderprocesseswereobserved,andtheprotrusionsbetweenthecellsinterweaveeachotherformingloosereticulatedformatio。Therearemorethecellsintheearlydevelopmentofsacculusrotundus;Theothertypeofc
