5、withbelowgroundbiomassetal.Theresultswereshownasfollow:Firstamong11parametersofrootarchitecturerootsurfaceareahadthestrongestabilitytoexplainthecomprehensiveadaptabilitytosoilenvironmentoffivetypesofrootarchitecturefollo

6、wingthetotalrootlengthtotalrootvolumethenumberoffurcations.Secondrootswithadiameterof3.0to3.5mmhadasignificanteffectonrootsurfaceofP.bifurca.Rootswithadiameter1.5mmhadasignificanteffectonrootsurfaceofP.acaulis.Thirdtheth

7、reedimensionalrootarchitectureofabroadwaistinvertedcentrumwasanadvantageousconfigurationfP.acaulistoadapttosteppedegradationcanexplainitasaconstructivespeciesinextremelydegradedsteppe.Researchresultsshowedthat:withthedev
