2、ironments as well as the efforts of several generations, the village once experienced a flourishing period of large scale. Nowadays, Taoyao Village still maintains a whole set of comparatively complete trad

3、itional ceramic technology. Modeling technology of pottery varies from clay-strip building, clay-sheet sticking to wheel casting. These technologies compose the main modeling methods of pottery craft in human history.

4、It is a typical area for a research on the development of traditional pottery-making technology in South China. Meanwhile, Taoyao Village is encountering the difficulty of inheritance and protection as faced
