4、 can be said that the export performance did not rely much on how far the rice exported into or whether exporting partners are members or non-members of WTO.

5、ted in working more with the countries whose borders accessible to the sea. In our result in particular for Thailand case，pledging program had been produced and implemented well that it attendance has become important ro

6、le in driving rice export growth. In addition，rice export price of Cambodia，Thailand and Vietnam is revealed cointegrated or they have long run relationship as explained by 1) these countries are considered as world top

7、rice exporters (USDA 2013) and 2) same types of rice‘s supply into world market were focused and 3) a potential rice supplier of the Southeast Asian country is joint in order to prevent losses due to price competition. T

8、hrough price comparative analysis，it made possibility for Cambodia to gain its advantage to challenge against its international competitors.

9、uding broken and unbroken have been more and more interested into its world markets. While rice industry in Thailand and Vietnam has reached a mature stage of development with a high degree of specialization，rice yield p

10、roduction in Cambodia is relatively low. Several reasons are explained 1) lack of the skills and knowledge of technology transfer among farmers 2) poor research and development (R&D) and extension programs 3) insufficien

11、t rural infrastructure，4) the under constraint of the corporation between government institutions and the private sectors 5) Informal exports of paddy rice to neighboring countries 6) limited access to international mark
