plc控制鍋爐輸煤系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

1、榆林學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）I1 摘 要本文基于北京和利時(shí)公司的HOLLiAS LM系列PLC，設(shè)計(jì)了某發(fā)電廠蒸發(fā)量為30t/ h的中型鍋爐輸煤控制電氣系統(tǒng)。各機(jī)械之間均設(shè)計(jì)安全的聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)控制功能：系統(tǒng)中的輸煤電機(jī)啟停有嚴(yán)格控制順序，彼此間有相應(yīng)的聯(lián)鎖互動(dòng)關(guān)系，當(dāng)啟動(dòng)某臺(tái)輸煤設(shè)備時(shí)，從該設(shè)備下面流程的最終輸煤設(shè)備開(kāi)始向上逐級(jí)啟動(dòng)，最后才能使該臺(tái)設(shè)備啟動(dòng)；當(dāng)停止某臺(tái)輸煤設(shè)備或某臺(tái)設(shè)備故障時(shí)，從該設(shè)備上面流程的源頭給煤設(shè)備開(kāi)始向下逐級(jí)停機(jī)

2、，最后才能使該臺(tái)設(shè)備停止。這樣，就保證了上煤傳輸?shù)恼＿\(yùn)行在線控制煤流量，避免了皮帶上煤的堆積，也保護(hù)了皮帶。PLC控制系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計(jì)布局合理，工作可靠，操作、維護(hù)方便，工作良好。用 PLC輸煤程控系統(tǒng)，不但實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)備運(yùn)行的自動(dòng)化管理和監(jiān)控，提高了系統(tǒng)的可靠性和安全性，而且改善了工作環(huán)境，提高了企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和工作效率。因此PLC電氣控制系統(tǒng)具有一定的工程應(yīng)用和推廣價(jià)值。關(guān)鍵詞： 關(guān)鍵詞： PLC，控制系統(tǒng)，煤流量，輸煤系統(tǒng)ABSTRACT
