4、kerfmodelingcheckingPLCsystemsaredesigned.UsingPLCCheckertocheckaclassicalPLCexampleacounterexampleisfound.Althoughtheprobabilityofthislogicerroccursverysmallitcouldresultinsystemcrashfatally.1.IntroductionPLCisanautomat

5、iccontroldevicethatcanreceiveinfmationfromsensscomputingdeviceotherPLClogicinputsignaloutputthelogicsignalprocessed.ThecontrolalgithmcanbewrittenusingstardlanguagesuchasLadderDiagram(LD)StructuredText(ST)InstructionList(

6、IL)[1].ThetechniqueofPLCusingprogrammablelanguagetocontrollargescaleintegratedcircuithasbeenwidelyusedinindustry[2].Becauseofsafetycriticalsoftwarecancauseseriousdamagetolifepropertyverificationofsafetycriticalsoftwareha

11、willcausePLCsystemmodelbecometoolargethereisnofmodelcheckingtooltodealwithsuchalargemodel.ThestartingpointfmodelingthestatelikethisisnottoconsiderthenumberofPLCscanswhenamigrationisexperienced.Nomatterhowmanyscansitexper

12、iencedtheywillallincludeinthismodel.Inotherwdstherealmodelwillbeasubsetofthebuiltmodel(Timeintervalmodel).TherealPLCenvironmentiscomplexincludesavarietyofhardwarehumanbehavi.Thefollowingwewillgiveananalysisofdifferentkin

13、dsofPLCenvironmentconcurrententities.1)HardwareentityHardwareentityofthePLCsystemismainlysomeequipmentthatPLCcontrols.ThestateoftheseequipmentscanbetheinputofPLCcontroller.Therefethehardwareentitybindingwithitsassociated
