43、模型的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸與拓?fù)潢P(guān)系;參數(shù)與設(shè)計對象的控制尺寸有顯式對應(yīng)關(guān)系,當(dāng)賦予不同的參數(shù)序列值時,就可驅(qū)動典型模型,達(dá)到滿足設(shè)計要求的零件模型[1].</p><p> 堆垛機(jī)的參數(shù)化設(shè)計是基于機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)模塊的參數(shù)化設(shè)計,它以機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)模塊為設(shè)計的基本單元.機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)模塊是指具有尺寸互換性的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)部件,其安裝連接部分的幾何參數(shù)滿足某種規(guī)定的要求,并能保證通用互換或兼容.模塊化產(chǎn)品的構(gòu)成模式等于通用模塊(不變部分)加專用模

52、自動生成材料明細(xì)表.</p><p><b> 模型的自動尋址</b></p><p> 立體倉庫的自動尋址就是自動尋找存放/提取貨物的位置。在同一巷道內(nèi)的貨位地址由3個參數(shù)組成:第幾排貨架、第幾層貨格、左側(cè)或右側(cè)。當(dāng)堆垛機(jī)接收到上級管理機(jī)的存取指令和存取地址后,即向指定的貨位方向運(yùn)行。運(yùn)行中,安裝在堆垛機(jī)上的傳感器不斷檢測位置,計算判斷是否到位。在此物理模型中,
53、采用透射型光電傳感器,它能很好地滿足所要求的性能指標(biāo)[10]。有2種方案:一種是增量式(相對式),另一種是絕對式,各有其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。每種方案又可以根據(jù)所選坐標(biāo)系的不同分別有2種具體方式:一種以貨架為坐標(biāo)系,另一種以貨架和堆垛機(jī)的底盤為坐標(biāo)系的混合坐標(biāo)法。該模型采用增量式混合坐標(biāo)法,其特點(diǎn)是:可以明顯減少傳感器的個數(shù)(本物理模型只需2個傳感器就可以對同一巷道內(nèi)有任意個貨格的貨物進(jìn)行存取作業(yè)),經(jīng)濟(jì)、實(shí)用,所需端口很少,易于控制,使整個物理模型
