簡(jiǎn)介:分類號(hào)UDC密級(jí)單位代碼10151廣東省水路運(yùn)輸綜合評(píng)價(jià)與發(fā)展對(duì)策研究韋政指導(dǎo)教師孫家慶職稱副教授學(xué)位授予單位大連海事大學(xué)申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別工學(xué)碩士學(xué)科與專業(yè)交通運(yùn)輸規(guī)劃與管理論文完成日期2008年9月論文答辯日期2008年11月答辯委員會(huì)毛鄉(xiāng)勺勺產(chǎn)產(chǎn)飛飛川2中文摘要摘要目前國(guó)際航運(yùn)業(yè)仍然保持著高度景氣,產(chǎn)品與原材料運(yùn)輸需求旺盛。從干散貨運(yùn)輸?shù)娜€飄紅,到集裝箱市場(chǎng)的重整旗鼓,再到資本市場(chǎng)對(duì)航運(yùn)業(yè)的百般青睞,我們可以清晰地看到世界航運(yùn)仍然在高位運(yùn)行。加入WTO之后,按照我國(guó)對(duì)WTO做出的承諾,我國(guó)航運(yùn)市場(chǎng)已逐步打開(kāi),現(xiàn)在我國(guó)己成為全球航運(yùn)市場(chǎng)最具有活力和增長(zhǎng)潛力的市場(chǎng)之一,一個(gè)規(guī)模龐大的國(guó)內(nèi)航運(yùn)市場(chǎng)已形成。在這樣的形勢(shì)下,弄清楚廣東省水路運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題及根源,確定其在國(guó)內(nèi)水路運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)中的定位,并以此為根據(jù)提出其發(fā)展對(duì)策就顯得十分重要了。本文首先介紹了論文的研究背景和主要內(nèi)容,接著對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外水路運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了分析總結(jié),為后面的研究?jī)?nèi)容提供了參考。然后對(duì)廣東水路運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題及成因進(jìn)行了分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文選取了我國(guó)25個(gè)省份為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合航運(yùn)業(yè)的行業(yè)特征,建立了綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,采用了灰色聚類分析方法,對(duì)研究對(duì)象的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)價(jià),并對(duì)結(jié)果做出了分析。最后,對(duì)廣東水路運(yùn)輸發(fā)展提出了發(fā)展對(duì)策與建議。關(guān)鍵詞國(guó)際航運(yùn)水路運(yùn)輸灰色聚類分析發(fā)展對(duì)策

簡(jiǎn)介:近年來(lái),隨著社會(huì)進(jìn)步以及國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)快速發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的貨物將會(huì)以船載的方式在海上和內(nèi)河上運(yùn)輸,日益增加的危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)、河流、人群的威脅越來(lái)越大,用船載的方式給我們帶來(lái)便利的同時(shí),也帶了新的安全隱患,船舶載運(yùn)貨物的事故時(shí)常發(fā)生,水上危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸?shù)陌踩珕?wèn)題得到了越來(lái)越高的重視。我國(guó)的危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸安全管理面臨新的挑戰(zhàn),但是迄今為止,對(duì)水運(yùn)危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品的物流管理的研究剛剛起步。危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大,安全要求高,事故造成的社會(huì)后果和財(cái)產(chǎn)損失將會(huì)非常嚴(yán)重,所以探尋一條危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸行業(yè)安全管理之路,改善危險(xiǎn)品安全生產(chǎn)運(yùn)輸環(huán)境,確保危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸行業(yè)安全、健康、持續(xù)發(fā)展,已成為水路運(yùn)輸管理部門和危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸行業(yè)的重要課題。因此,基于普適網(wǎng)絡(luò)的危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)就應(yīng)運(yùn)而生了?;谄者m網(wǎng)絡(luò)的危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)是由空間定位系統(tǒng),網(wǎng)絡(luò)地理信息系統(tǒng)和無(wú)線數(shù)據(jù)傳輸系統(tǒng)集成的典型應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)。本文在吸收并總結(jié)前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,主要介紹一種基于GPS、WEBGIS、GPRS、ZIGBEE技術(shù)在水路危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在上的應(yīng)用,文中分析了GPS、WEBGIS、GPRS、ZIGBEE技術(shù)的特點(diǎn)以及結(jié)合方法,著重闡述了系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)與模塊的設(shè)計(jì)。在本文設(shè)計(jì)的基于普適網(wǎng)絡(luò)的水路危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中。裝載危險(xiǎn)品的船舶在航行的過(guò)程中,船載終端的GPS接收機(jī)接收定位衛(wèi)星的定位數(shù)據(jù),計(jì)算出自身所處地理位置的坐標(biāo),坐標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)船載終端的通信模塊,利用GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)將船舶的位置、狀態(tài)、報(bào)警等綜合信息發(fā)送到具有靜態(tài)IP地址的IIS中心服務(wù)器,并存入中心數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。客戶端可以通過(guò)BS的網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)模式來(lái)訪問(wèn)中心服務(wù)器的數(shù)據(jù),從而達(dá)到對(duì)裝有危險(xiǎn)品的船舶進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,同時(shí)也可以對(duì)裝有危險(xiǎn)品船舶的軌跡進(jìn)行查詢,并在GOOGLEMAP上顯示移動(dòng)目標(biāo)的正確位置,從而使監(jiān)控中心或客戶端能清楚和直觀地掌握裝有危險(xiǎn)品船舶的動(dòng)態(tài)位置信息。
